Through our Community First Development Program, our mission is to preserve, acquire, and develop realistic affordable single-family homes and multi-family units across the country. Over the past five years, housing costs have soared beyond income levels, impacting both low- and middle-income households. While subsidies can help low-income families, middle-income households lack similar protections from rising real estate costs.

We’re dedicated to supporting youth and families through a range of continuous initiatives. From Teen Talks, where young voices are uplifted, to the Smart'n Up Black Male Youth Summit, Smart'n Up Leadership Summit, and Let's Talk, we foster leadership, growth, and open communication. Our seasonal efforts like Season's Feedings and Winter Warmth ensure families receive the support they need during the holidays. We also create safe, engaging Youth Zones at festivals such as the Overtown Music & Arts Festival and Brownsville Festival, providing a thriving space for young people. Together, we’re building a brighter future.
